Statement of Work

AI-Powered Proposal Automation

Microseismic·Webisoft·March 17, 2026·v1.0
Section 01

Background & Objective

Microseismic seeks to reduce the time and effort required to produce high-quality proposals, RFQs, and RFP responses — while improving consistency and win rates across their sales team.

Webisoft will deploy its AI Proposal Maker platform, trained on Microseismic's historical sales data, to automate and enhance the proposal creation process. Two deployment options are available, detailed in Section 04.

Section 02

Scope of Work

The following deliverables apply to both deployment options unless otherwise noted.

2.1

Data Ingestion & AI Model Training

  • Intake and review of Microseismic's historical sales documents (contracts, quotes, invoices, past proposals — up to 500 documents in scope)
  • Data cleaning, normalization, and preparation for model training
  • Fine-tuning of Webisoft's proposal AI on Microseismic-specific language, pricing structures, service descriptions, and client communication patterns
  • Validation pass with Microseismic stakeholders to confirm output quality before go-live
2.2

Document Design & Branding

  • Custom proposal template built to match Microseismic's existing document standards (fonts, colors, logo placement, section structure)
  • Up to 2 template variants (e.g., formal RFP response and standard quote format)
  • PDF export configured to Microseismic's preferred output format
2.3

Platform Configuration

  • System configuration and environment setup
  • User account provisioning (up to 10 users at launch)
  • Role-based access configuration (admin, sales rep, reviewer)
  • Configuration of proposal sections, clause libraries, and product/service catalog within the platform
2.4

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Internal QA on AI output accuracy, formatting, and edge cases
  • Client UAT session (up to 4 hours) with Microseismic's sales team
  • Revisions based on UAT feedback (one revision round included)
2.5

Training & Handoff

  • 1 x live onboarding session (up to 2 hours) for Microseismic's sales team
  • Admin guide and end-user documentation delivered
  • 30-day post-launch hypercare support window (bug fixes and minor adjustments included)
Section 03

To meet project timelines, Microseismic agrees to:

Provide access to historical sales documents within 5 business days of project kickoff
